- I fish only with an adult (18+) who has a VISpas, and with a maximum of one rod.
- I sometimes fish alone, with others, or with more than one rod.

Youth permit: is it for you?
Some associations issue youth permits. They are sometimes free. That permit grants access to a limited number of waters. You may fish there with one rod. Predator fishing is usually excluded. Ask a local association for details.

If you were 14 or older on January 1 this year, you need a VISpas for this year. The pass grants access to about 90% of the waters in the Netherlands. The pass also serves as proof of membership of your association.

Small VISpas: is it for you?
Do you fish with one rod? Use limited bait types? Don’t fish for predators and not at night? Then choose the Small VISpas.
